Tickets

1 ticket = 1 LOOT (burned forever) + 0.002 ETH + 5 feathers

The LOOT is burned on the spot — the lottery is the protocol's biggest deflation engine. The feather cost means money alone can't enter: you must have played. 90% of the ETH fills the pot.

The draw

Fixed 24-hour epochs. When the hourglass runs out, a verified drand beacon draws ten winners weighted by tickets held (with replacement — a whale can take several slots) and splits the pot on a decaying curve:

prizes = 30 / 18 / 12 / 9 / 7 / 6 / 5 / 5 / 4 / 4  (% of pot)

Same trustless randomness as the board: nobody — not a keeper, not us — can pick or forge the winners. Prizes are pull-claimed. An epoch with no tickets rolls its pot forward.
