What is Sherwood?
A three-minute heist game and mining protocol on Robinhood Chain.
Sherwood is an on-chain heist-mining game built natively for Robinhood Chain, an Arbitrum-stack network. Every three minutes, players stake ETH on the forest ring's 30 hideouts. The Sheriff's carriage crosses exactly one — everyone camped there splits the ETH of the other 29 squares and mines $LOOT, the protocol's hard-capped token.
Around the core round loop sits a full economy: four compounding jackpot chests (Bounty Vaults), surprise Outlaw Rounds, a burn lottery (King's Ransom), a native AMM (Nottingham Fair), no-lock staking (Greenwood Camp) and an hourly buy-and-bury that burns 60% of everything it buys.
The value loop

play rounds ──► 1% toll ──► hourly buyback ──► 60% burned │ ├─► 10% to stakers ├─► mine LOOT (supply-capped) └─► 30% locked as liquidity ├─► earn feathers (streaks) └─► lottery tickets BURN LOOT + cost feathers
Every sink either burns LOOT or locks it. Emission slows down automatically as lifetime supply grows. The market prices the rest.
